Presentation

The main goal of this project is to develop new methods to study the growth of various tumors by integrating gene expression data, obtained from DNA microarrays, and prior knowledge of various regulatory networks known to be disrupted. The analysis is expected to provide new understandings of the molecular biology of tumor developments, as well as new tools to detect and classify early-stage tumors.
