Nelle Varoquaux

I am post-doctorate researcher at the Center for computational biology, which is part of the INSERM U900/Curis/Mines bioinformatics unit. I am supervised by Jean-Philippe Vert. We're interested in molecular biology probems and intend to help solving them using machine learning, a marriage between applied mathematics and computer science.

I'm currently working on inferring the 3D structure of the genome from Hi-C data.
